Site: Raisio, Ihala, Mulli abode.

Period: Viking Age / Crusade Age / Early Middle Ages.

Dating: 980-1220 A.D.

Photographer: Taina Pietikäinen.

Direction of photography: From west.

 

Behind the clay floor a plank-floor hallway is visible which led into a room with clay floor. Similar building plans are known in Novgorod of the 13th century. The clay floor of Mulli has been 5.0 m x 5.5 m and with the hallway, 7.0 m x 5.0 m.
