Type: A refuse pit in close-up (unit 1142).

Site: Raisio, Ihala, Mulli abode.

Period: Viking Age / Crusade Age / Early Middle Ages.

Dating: 980-1220 A.D.

Direction of photography: From north.

A pit resided on the northern side of the long log house (excavation area 1000). It is a refuse pit which contained lots of bones of a sheep or a goat.
