Lynx fur was highly valued. Traditionally lynx was hunted with traps. Lynx could also be hunted by chasing it on the snow. The animal wading in snow could not run long but climbed on a tree, instead. From there it was easy to bring down with a bow and kill with a spear.

Besides lynx, the inhabitants of Mulli hunted also bears, squirrels, foxes, and common otters.
