THE SOFTWARE:


We'll use several 3D packages, namely: Real3D v.4, which is currently being ported on SGI machines and also the v. 3.4, which runs on PC ; Softimage v. 3.51 (SGI) and Autodesk/Kinetix MAX v. 1.2. (PC)

For 2D we mainly use Photoshop 3.0, 3.0.5 and 4.0 on Macs and EDDIE 3.2 from Softimage on SGI:s.

THE HARDWARE:


All the 3D work will be done with SILICON GRAPHICS machines. They are: one Impact, 5 Indigos, and one is a brand new O2. All of them have at least 96 to 128 Mb of memory.

The POWERMAC's handle some of the batch 2D processes. There are several Mac's at our disposal. (mem: 32-64 Mb)

OTHER HARDWARE:


For videopreviews we have an ACCOM framebuffer, and a SCITEX SPHERE (imMIX) 16GB non-linear videoeditsystem (PAL/D1).

For audiopreviews and mastering there are two PROTOOLS suites, running on Mac platforms. One of these is equipped with DOLBY STEREO and DTS capability + various plugins.
