The distance learning lab of the NMC has videoconferencing facilities using the H.320 protocol over ISDN-networks. Further telematic services include CUSeeMe and other software-based videophones. Within the NMC videoconferencing is currently used, for example, in lecture series, single lessons and various educational and administrative events, seminars and planning sessions.
